Choose the route that matches what you need.

A take-down request, a privacy objection and an account problem need different evidence. Sending each to the right place is what makes it possible to handle them carefully.

01

What is the direct address?

hello@pressdb.co reaches Entro314 Labs for support, privacy, accessibility and legal correspondence. Post reaches the registered seat listed in the legal notice.

The routes below are not alternatives so much as faster paths: each collects the evidence its kind of request needs, which an open email cannot.

02

Is this about a record in the database?

Use the take-down form. It covers a public publication page, a published press release, and a journalist or contact record held behind the members gate. No account is needed.

03

Did you receive a campaign mail from a Press Hub sender?

Use the unsubscribe link in the message itself — it works in one click, needs no reply, and adds you to a global do-not-send list rather than to that sender’s alone. The sender named in the message is the company that wrote to you; Press Hub is the infrastructure they used, and complaints about the content are best directed at both.

04

Is this an account or product problem?

Read the support page first — most sign-in and loading problems are resolved there without a reply. If it does not help, write to hello@pressdb.co and include the error reference if the page showed one.
