What does it cost to create an account?
Nothing is charged, because nothing can be: no billing provider is wired into the product and no price is presented at signup. Saying so directly is more useful than a plan table describing tiers that do not exist.

Will I be charged automatically?
No. There is no subscription to renew and therefore nothing to cancel. When paid plans exist, the price, the VAT treatment, the renewal terms and a cancellation control in the same medium as signup must be shown before any charge is authorised — this page changes when those controls do, not before.

Are there costs behind the product anyway?
Yes, and they are worth knowing about because they shape what is offered. Address verification is a paid per-address service, model calls are metered, and email sending is billed by volume by the provider. Nothing in the product spends any of that without an explicit action.
