Tell the product what failed before starting over.

Most recoverable problems are a sign-in, a page that did not load, a record that is wrong, or a campaign that will not send. The useful next step depends on which one you have.

01

Can’t sign in?

Open Sign in directly and use the recovery options shown there. Authentication is provided by Clerk, so password and verification recovery happen inside that flow.

02

Did a page fail to load?

Retry once. If the error page shows a reference, keep it — that is the handle that connects the failure to server logs. Do not include passwords, session tokens or API keys in a report.

03

Is a campaign refusing to send?

That is usually preflight doing its job. It reports findings as block, warn or ok, and a block stops the send — most often an unverified sender domain, an embargo that has not passed, or a workspace policy. The finding names the reason; fix that rather than looking for an override, because an embargo deliberately has none.

04

Is a record wrong or unwanted?

Use the take-down form. Name the exact field or page so the request can be checked without guessing.

05

None of these? How do I reach a person?
