This page exists so that nothing has to be hunted for. It links every legal, privacy and compliance document Press Hub publishes, and says plainly which of them are still review drafts.

The documents
- Terms of use — accounts, the corpus, the sender, published releases, and the rules for the public pages.
- Sending and use policy — what may and may not be sent through the product, and to whom.
- Privacy notice — what is processed, on what basis, how to export or delete, and how to exercise a right.
- Cookie policy — what is stored on a device and how to clear it.
- Legal notice — operator identity, registration and contact details.
- Data processing agreement and subprocessors — the controller / processor terms and the providers in the current stack.
- Security, trust centre, AI transparency and accessibility — controls, evidence, and the claims deliberately not made.
- Correct or remove a record — the route for an outlet or a journalist that appears in the directory.

Which of these are final?
None of the documents carrying a draft banner. They are published because a reader is better served by an honest draft than by a missing page, but they are excluded from search indexing and cannot be relied on as a completed contract yet. What is still outstanding is a processing register and retention schedule, a verified production-vendor register, an accessibility audit, and a settled position on email open- and click-tracking under the ePrivacy rules. The operator and its contact address are not among the gaps — both are in the legal notice, which is itself no longer a draft.
