Terms of use
The rules for the corpus, the workspace, and everything sent through it.
These terms are drafted around the product that exists: a gated media-contact database, planning and drafting tools, and a campaign sender. They do not introduce a subscription or service commitment that is not implemented.

01
Who is the agreement with?
With Entro314 Labs SINGLE MEMBER P.C., trading as Entro314 Labs — a single-member private company (Ι.Κ.Ε.) registered in Greece, Γ.Ε.ΜΗ. 193782603000, registered seat Cheimarras 3, 13561 Agioi Anargyroi, Attica, Greece. The full disclosure is in the legal notice.
02
What does Press Hub provide?
Access to a media-contact corpus, public directory pages, research filters, saved lists and pipelines, a planning assistant, a release editor, and campaign sending with consent, suppression and audit machinery. Availability and record coverage change as sources are corrected, merged, suppressed or removed.
03
Who is the sender of a campaign?
You are. Mail leaves under a sender identity your workspace configures and verifies, it names your organisation, and the recipient understands it as coming from you. You are responsible for the content, for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient, and for honouring an objection.
Press Hub provides the machinery and enforces its own floor beneath you: one-click unsubscribe on every message, a global do-not-send list, and a preflight check that can block a send outright. Those are minimums, not a compliance service, and they do not transfer your responsibility.
04
What are account holders responsible for?
- Accurate account, workspace and sender-identity information.
- Keeping access secure and not sharing credentials.
- Using contact data lawfully, and respecting objections, suppressions and opt-outs without exception.
- Not impersonating a person or organisation in a sender identity or a release.
- Honouring an embargo you have published, including one you set yourself.
05
What may I do with the corpus?
Use records for your own professional media relations, subject to applicable law and these terms. You may not bulk extract, scrape, resell, republish or use the service to build a competing database, evade access controls, or use contact data for unlawful spam, harassment or discrimination. The detail is in the sending and use policy.
06
What applies when browsing without an account?
The public pages — the marketing pages, the crawlable media directory, published releases at their permalinks and these documents — may be read, linked to, quoted in reasonable extract with attribution, and crawled within the limits published in robots.txt. A press release may be quoted and republished at its permalink: that is what a press release is for, and the URL is minted once and never moves so a citation keeps working. The restrictions above still apply, including the access gate on member-only records.
Publication records are compiled from public directories and Wikidata and vary in coverage and freshness. Releases are written by the companies that publish them, and their claims are the publisher’s. Pages may change or be withdrawn — including when an outlet exercises a take-down right. To report something on a public page, use the take-down form, which covers a publication record and a published release alike.
07
What happens to a release I publish?
A published release gets a permanent public URL, because an emailed release is quoted in a journalist’s notes and in other outlets’ copy and a link that moves breaks both. You warrant that you have the right to publish what it contains. Press Hub may unpublish a release that is unlawful, that impersonates someone, or that is the subject of a valid complaint.
08
Is any of this a guarantee of coverage?
No. Records, filters, counts and suggestions support research and outreach. They do not guarantee delivery, do not guarantee that a journalist reads anything, and do not predict whether an announcement will be written about.
09
How can access end?
You may delete your authentication account through the account controls provided by Clerk, subject to the product’s still-incomplete deletion and retention map. Press Hub may restrict access for misuse, security risk, sending abuse or legal reasons. Suppression records survive account deletion by design — see the retention section of the privacy notice.
These terms are governed by Greek law, with the courts of Athens, Greece competent, and nothing here removes the mandatory protections a consumer keeps under the law of their own country of residence. Formal notice goes to the registered seat in the legal notice. The content licence and the retention schedule are the terms still to be settled with counsel.
