What information is available now?

Which certifications or audit claims are made?

None. There is no evidence of SOC 2, ISO 27001, a completed penetration test, or a certified accessibility-conformance report, so none is displayed. There is also no status page: uptime is not measured by an independent monitor, and a self-reported green light is not evidence of anything.

What can be verified about the sending machinery?

Every recipient row carries its own RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe token, written before the provider is called.
The audience is resolved at send time, never snapshotted at schedule time, so somebody who unsubscribed in between cannot receive the mail.
A global suppression list records bounces, complaints and opt-outs, and an operator opt-out outranks any later automated verdict.
Every policy decision writes an immutable audit row for an allow as well as a block — an unlogged allow is indistinguishable from an unchecked send six months later.

Are the legal documents final?

Not yet. Pages carrying a draft banner are excluded from search indexing until the processing register, retention schedule, vendor contracts, accessibility audit and the email-tracking analysis are complete and legally reviewed. The legal notice is the exception: its company disclosure is complete and verifiable in the Greek business register.
